THE PRESENT SIMPLE / THE CONTINIOUS PRESENT
THE SIMPLE PRESENT
Construction :
THE PRESENT SIMPLE / THE CONTINIOUS PRESENT
I read
You read
he/she/it reads (notez le S à la troisième personne du singulier)
we read
you read
they read.
THE PRESENT SIMPLE / THE CONTINIOUS PRESENT
Exemple : He goes... ou encore : She does …
Exemple: To look
AFFIRMATIVE

you look we look
he looks you look
she looks they look
NEGATIVE
I do not look it does not look
you do not look we do not look
he does not look you do not look
she does not look they do not look
INTERROGATIVE
do I look? does it look?
do you look? do we look?
does he look? do you look?
does she look? do they look?
THE CONTINIOUS PRESENT
Construction :
I am learning
You are learning
He/she/it is learning
We are learning
You are learning
They are learning
On reconnaît l’auxiliaire BE conjugué suivi de learn+ING.
